For default in the payment of debt and performance of an obligation secured by a Deed of Trust, executed by TROY A. BROWN and ANGELA D. BROWN, husband and wife, dated February 4, 2000, recorded in Book 181 at Page 21, of the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Daviess County, Missouri, the undersigned Trustee, will, on Wednesday, the 10th day of July, 2002, between the hours of 9:00 a.m., and 5:00 p.m., at the South front door of the Daviess County Courthouse in Gallatin, Daviess County, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash, the real estate legally described in the Deed of Trust, located in Daviess County, Missouri, as follows:

All that part of the East one-half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 59, Range 28, described as follows: Beginning 59 1/4 rods West of the Northeast corner of said Half-Quarter Section; running thence West to the Northwest corner of said Half-Quarter Section; thence South 46 rods; thence East to a point immediately South of the Point of Beginning; thence North to the Point of Beginning, EXCEPT the following described tract: All that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section, described as commencing at a point 59 1/4 rods West of the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence West 180 feet; thence South 171 feet; thence East 180 feet; thence North 171 feet to the point of beginning; subject to existing public roads and highways and easement of record, if any;

to satisfy said debt and costs.
