In State of Missouri vs. Steven Eugene Ginn, heard May 29 by Judge Barbara Lame, the defendant plead guilty to felony non-support; imposition of sentence was suspended, and the defendant received 5 years of supervised probation with the conditions of paying monthly child support and a monthly amount toward the arrearage.
In State vs. Denver D. Collins, heard by Judge Warren McElwain on June 3, the defendant entered a plea of guilty to amended charges on a plea agreement with the prosecuting attorney. Collins plead guilty to one count of tampering, Class A misdemeanor, and two counts of peace disturbance, Class B misdemeanor. On count 1, the imposition of sentence was suspended, and he received two years court-supervised probation with the special conditions of paying his board bill, medical expenses and all court costs. On counts 2 and 3, the defendant was sentenced to 60 days in the county jail, sentences to run consecutively with credit given for time served.
