Dawn First, JoDeann Bickford and Krista Wilson were recently nominated as Outstanding Volunteers for the Gallatin Center Green Hills Head Start Program. Peggy Wolf- Ragan, president of the Green Hills Head Start Policy Council, presented a Certificate of Award and a potted plant to Ms. First for her service as an outstanding volunteer to Head Start children and families.
