In State of Missouri vs. Charles L. Benson, the defendant entered guilty plea on a plea agreement and was sentenced to 8 years in the department of corrections, execution of sentence suspended, 5 years supervised probation. Benson had been charged with the Class B felony of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance to a minor.
In State vs. Jesse James Johnson, the defendant entered a guilty plea to an amended charge of possession of a controlled substance, Class C felony. He was sentenced to 7 years in the department of corrections, execution of sentence suspended, and placed on supervised probation for 5 years, the special condition of serving 90 days shock jail time.
Mark Allen Wood plead guilty to probation violations and was ordered to serve the 7-year sentence previously imposed on the original amended charge of possession of a controlled substance, Class C felony. The court retains jurisdiction under Section 559.115 RSMo.
Nicholas D. McCleary plead guilty to probation violations and was ordered to serve two 5-year consecutive sentences previously imposed for burglary 2nd degree, Class C felony, and stealing, Class C felony.
In State of Missouri vs. Ronald Craig Esterline, he had previously received a suspended imposition of sentence for 2 counts of non-support, Class D felonies. He admitted probation violations and was sentenced to two 5-year consecutive sentences in the department of corrections, execution of sentence suspended. He was placed on supervised probation for 5 years.
Shane Mathews admitted probation violations and was ordered to serve the previously imposed sentence of 5 years in the department of corrections on the original charge of receiving stolen property, Class C felony.
A dissolution of marriage was granted to Myra Luann Pettit from William Ray Pettit, with her former name of Gaunt restored, on May 21 by Judge Daren Adkins.
