For default in payment of the debt secured by Deed of Trust executed by Kent W. Peery and Lauri Peery aka Lauri L. Peery, dated March 13, 2000, recorded under, in Book 181 at Page 82 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Daviess County, Missouri, at Gallatin, the undersigned Successor Trustee will, at the request of the holder of said indebtedness, on Friday, May 17, 2002, at 11:00 a.m., at the South front door of the Daviess County Courthouse, 102 North Main Street, Gallatin, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash:

All of lot Three (3) and the West half of Lot Two (2) in block Eight (8) of Franklin Callison’s Addition to the Town (Now City) of Jamesport, Missouri.
