On April 6, Gallatin High School joined other high schools and colleges across the country to participate in National Student- Athlete Day by recognizing the following athletes: front row, from left Laura McCann, Kim Clevenger, Erin Sweatman, Jamie Lunsford, Lindsey Love, Mackenzie Riley and Emily Gay; back row Brice Garnett, Austin Story, Robert Heldenbrand, Tyler Nichols, Keira Story and Roxi Davitt.
National Student-Athlete Day was established 15 years ago to recognize student-athletes who have achieved excellence in academics and athletics, while having made contributions to their schools and/or community. These GHS student-athletes will be formally recognized at the spring sports awards banquet.
