North Daviess High School in Jameson had a successful day at the District Music Festival held at Northwest Missouri State University campus on April 5. Crystal Cook and Nicole Ray, received “I” ratings on their clarinet solos which qualifies them to participate at the State Music Festival at Columbia at the end of April.
Receiving a “II” rating were the mixed vocal ensemble, the girls vocal ensemble, a trumpet solo by Felicia Nelson, and a vocal solo by Crystal Cook. Receiving a “III” rating were the high school band, a flute solo by Shannon Dutro, and a vocal solo by Melissa Youngs.
