Default in the payment of debt executed by Glen Eugene Stitt and Sylvie Stitt

NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE

Default having been made in the payment of the notes described in and secured by Deed of Trust dated March 31, 1997 executed by Glen Eugene Stitt and Sylvie Stitt and recorded in the office of Recorder of Deeds of Daviess County, Missouri on April 7, 1997 at 9:30 a.m., in Deed of Trust book 169, page 37, and conveying to the undersigned Trustee the following described property in Daviess County, Missouri, to wit:

The west half of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter, except the east twenty feet thereof, and the east half of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter, all in Section Twenty (20), Township Sixty-One (61), of Range Twenty-Nine (29).

At the request of the legal holder of the notes who has elected to declare the entire indebtedness due and payable, and in accordance with the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the undersigned Trustee will on Friday, the 26th day of April, 2002, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., to-wit: at 4:00 p.m. sell the property at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash at the South Front Door of the Daviess County Courthouse, 102 N. Main Street, in the city of Gallatin, Daviess County, Missouri, to satisfy the notes and costs.
