Funeral services for Zella Hardin were held Saturday at Breit & Hawkins Funeral Home in Savannah. Interment was at Blakeley Cemetery, Easton. Memorials may be made to Midland Empire Arthritis Foundation.

Zella M. Hardin, 73, Savannah, died Thursday, March 21, 2002, in a St. Joseph hospital.

Mrs. Hardin, a homemaker, was born in Pattonsburg and was a 1949 graduate of Pattonsburg High School. She lived in Pattonsburg until moving to Savannah 40 years go.

She was a Baptist. On Jan. 4, 1952, she married John Frank Hardin. He survives of the home.

Mrs. Hardin was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Caitlin Cook.

Other survivors include one daughter, Lana Cook, St. Joseph; one brother, Harold Plymell, Hayes, Kan.; two sisters, Lavon Bratcher, Hamilton, and Rosmarie Deevers, St. Louis; and three grandchildren.
