Evelyn R. Kent, 79, Alvin, formerly of Lawson died Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2002, at Clearlake Medical Center in Houston, Texas.
Born in Perrin, Mrs. Kent had lived in several places, including Plattsburg, Gower, Gallatin, Gladstone and Lawson, as well as Denver, Colo., and Las Vegas, Nev., before moving to Alvin, Texas, a year ago.
Survivors include three sons, John of Lawson, James of Alvin, Texas, and Kevin of Henderson, Nev.; one sister, Emma Webber of Plattsburg; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
