Lori A. Paulno, 39, Gallatin, was charged March 4 with the Class D felony of passing bad checks. She was arrested by the Clay County Sheriff’s Department, and posted $5,000 bond.

A 40-year-old McFall woman was arrested Feb. 28 for probation violations and is being held at Midwest Security Housing in Pattonsburg. Bond was set at $1,000.

Dale W. Grier, 45, Cameron, was arrested March 3 for misdemeanor DWI and the Class D felony of endangering the welfare of a child. He was held at Ray County Security Housing pending his release on March 4. Bond was set at $15,000.

A burglary was reported March 1 by Bob Puffer of Premium Standard Farms. According to Puffer, the Coffey hog barn was secured Feb. 28, but upon his return the next day, a window was found partially open, and the following items were missing: two Motorola radios, various tools, and a battery charger. The total value of the stolen items is over $1,400. It appears the subject(s) exited through the east walk-through door.
