Charles Mercer, 51, McFall, was seriously injured in an accident two miles east of McFall in Daviess County on Tuesday, Feb. 12, at about 1:40 p.m., according to a report by the Missouri Highway Patrol.

Mr. Mercer was eastbound on Rt. T when his vehicle traveled off the north side of the roadway and overturned two times, coming to rest on its top in the ditch north of Rt. T.

Mr. Mercer was taken to Gentry County Hospital in Albany by MTA Ambulance of Bethany.

The 1998 Ford was totaled and towed by Smiths Tow of Pattonsburg.

The accident was investigated by Trp. B. Sweiger, assisted by Cpl. R. Sherman. Charges are pending.
