Kober-Holcomb united in marriage

Tom Kober and Wendy McCown Holcomb were united in marriage Feb. 14, 2002, in a private double ring ceremony at Winston, officiated by Rev. Steve Eastman. James Critten, friend of the groom, was best man. The bride’s daughters, Bobbie and Jessica Gatton were matrons of honor. The bride and groom are 1980 graduates of Winston High School. Wendy is currently a registered nurse at the Winston School District. Tom is accounting controller for Landmark Manufacturing, Inc. The couple spent the evening at the Elms Resort and Spa in Excelsior Springs and plan to honeymoon late May at Lake Tahoe, Nev.
