His prior leadership assignments were as the following: Kansas State Chemical NCO., senior instructor chemical and nuclear warfare KS Military ACD., 1st Sgt. HHB 130 Field Artillery Brigade, 1/635 Armor Battalion Intelligence Senior Sgt.
Robert Sheppard’s civilian education consists of a degree in business from a military academy.
Robert Sheppard’s decorations consist of the following: 3 Army Commendation Medals, 2 Army Achievement Medals, National Defense Medal, Army Oversea Medal, Good Conduct Medal, KSARNG Service Medal, Expert Qualification Badges with 45 pistol and M16 Rifle.
He is Army Instructor qualified for chemical and nuclear weapons, small arms, and hand to hand combat.
