Funeral services for Clyde Anderson were held Monday at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Gallatin. Graveside service and burial was Monday at the Canfield Cemetery in Ivy, Iowa.

Arrangements were by Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe. Memorials may be made to the Seventh Day Adventist Church Food Center, in care of the funeral home, P.O. Box 47, Chillicothe, 64601.

Clyde Anderson, 84, Gallatin, died Friday, Jan. 18, 2002, at a Gordon, Ga. hospital.

Mr. Anderson was a representative for the Federation of the Blind. Born on June 4, 1917, in Des Moines, Iowa, he was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Gallatin.

On June 4, 1938, he married Frances L. Davis in Waukee, Iowa. She preceded him in death in 2001.

Mr. Anderson was also preceded in death by a sister, Maxine McDuff.

Survivors include two sons, Robert Anderson, Riverside, Calif., and Frederick L. Anderson, Calhoun, Ga.; a daughter, Karen Worrell, Gallatin; two sisters, Virginia Miller, Orange Park, Fla., and Jean Porcase, Jacksonville, Fla.; and three grandchildren.
