Municipal and school board candidates have signed on for the election to be held Tuesday, April 2. Filing for Gallatin’s east ward alderman are Norma R. Griffin, incumbent, and Donald M. Smith. Filing for west ward alderman is Timothy Andrew.
Candidates filing for a position on the Winston R-6 Board of Education are Gary Caldwell and David Neth, both incumbents; and Shelly Mason and Clyde Edwards.
Gallatin R-5 has four candidates running for three positions on the school board, Sandra Alden and Danny Dixon, both incumbents; and Clint Vanatta and Alan Lunsford, both new candidates.
Candidates filing for three positions on the North Daviess R-3 Board of Education are Beverly Hunter and Donald Baker, both incumbents, and Gene Morris and Chris Nelson, both new.
