November Disbursements

The total amount collected by the Associate Circuit Court in fines and court costs during November 2001 was $24,961.48. Of that amount, $13,015.50 in fines was disbursed to Daviess County school districts, apportioned on the basis of enrollment.

Courts costs disbursed to Daviess County included $593 clerk fees, $2,422.50 county fees, $250 Crime Victims’ Compensation Fund, $770 incarceration costs, $334 Law Enforcement Training Fund, $83.50 Prosecuting Attorney Training Fund, $308 sheriff’s fees and mileage, $1,002.50 bond forfeitures, $24.59 postage, $30 U.A., and $213.11 medical reimbursement. Other disbursements include a total of $5,006.50 to the Department of Revenue for clerk fees, Crime Victims’ Compensation, Independent Living Center Fund, court automation fund, Prosecuting Attorney Training Fund, and Spinal Cord Injury Fund; $167 to the Department of Public Safety for Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission Fund; $554 to the Sheriff’s Retirement Fund, $40 to the Law Library Fund, and $147.28 for all other disbursements.

Probate Division November Disbursements

The total amount collected by the Probate Division of the Associate Circuit Court in fines and court costs during November 2001 was $452.44. Court costs disbursed to Daviess County included $64 clerk fees and $42.44 sheriff’s fees and mileage. Disbursements to the Department of Revenue totaled $284 for clerk fees and court automation fees. Other disbursements include $12 to the sheriffs’ retirement fund, $40 to the Law Library Fund, and $10 for all other disbursements.
