The commission approved the bond amounts for the township collectors for the next two years.

Andrade Adelfino, Williams Pipeline, met with the commission delivering information regarding the location and hazardous material information needed for the emergency response committee.

Board of Equalization changes were finalized.

Larry Belshe, Central Dispatch Committee, met with the commission to discuss heat in the office. He was referred to Bob Griggs, as he installs the new boiler for the courthouse.

Pat Romine, Jefferson Township landowner, questioned the delivery of CART rock on roads 282 and 283 in that township. It was found that 282.8 tons were signed for by the township. He maintained that the amount of rock was not delivered to those roads. The commission will inspect.

David Tolen contacted Tom Mohr, State Emergency Management Agency, requesting the updated county emergency plan, scheduled two years ago and never delivered to us. Mr. Mohr will investigate.

The commission discussed engineer qualifications for 2002 bridge projects. New qualifications will be sought in the spring.

Bills were audited and paid.

Daniel Lynn, bridge supervisor, and James Lewis, foreman, met with the commission reporting construction progress on a bridge in Salem Township.
