During its regular meeting held Sept. 27, the Daviess County 911 Board agreed to send Chris Wascher to Emergency Medical Dispatch training. Jackie Parker, Linda Tarepin and Tammy Jones will be sent to Stress Identification and Management training.
The board agreed to purchase uniforms for all employees of the Daviess County Central Emergency Board.
Damaged property that occurred due to an electrical problem on two different occasions was discussed. Supervisor Carder will look at a review of insurance coverage.
Concern was expressed for better communication from dispatchers in identifying the call. An inquiry was made into the situation concerning the rotational basis of wreckers outside the county.
The treasurer’s report was given with a balance of $54,723.28 as of Sept. 27 and bills of $8,115.33.

Those present were Vicki Corwin, Iva Ratliff, Misse Tolen and Chairperson Larry Tull. Also present were Supervisor Dana Carder, Tammy Jones, Linda Tarepin and Dave Bridgeman. Absent were Larry Belshe, John Sullenger and David Leeper.
