Funeral services for Fay Lockamy, sister of Nadine Berry of Altamont, were held at 11 a.m. today (Wednesday) at Bethel Christian Union Church in Polo. Arrangements were by Bailey Funeral Home, Polo.

Fay (Phillips) Lockamy, 85, Polo, died Monday, Oct. 22, 2001, at her home.

Born in Ray County, Mo., on March 8, 1916, Mrs. Lockamy was a homemaker and a member of the Bethel Christian Union Church at Polo.

In 1941, she married Ralph Lockamy. He preceded her in death.

Mrs. Lockamy also was preceded in death by a son, Larry D.; three brothers, Lloyd, Floyd and Carl Phillips; and five sisters, Fern Smith, Lynn Crawford, Peggy Roberts, and Irene and Edna Fales.

Survivors include four other sisters, Pearl McElwee, Mearl Fitzwater and Jean Harper, all of Polo, and Helen Phillips, Kansas City.
