For default in the payment of debt and performance of obligations secured by that Deed of Trust executed by Kevin S. Goerne and Elizabeth L. Goerne, dated December 4, 1998, recorded December 8, 1998, in book 176, at Page 35, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Daviess County at Gallatin, Missouri, the undersigned Successor Trustee will, on November 14, 2001, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (11:00 a.m.), at the South Front Door of the Daviess County Courthouse at Gallatin, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following property:

A tract of land situate in the Southeast Quarter of Section Ten (10), Township Fifty-nine (59) North, Range Twenty-nine (29) West, Daviess County, Missouri, said tract being described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section Ten (10); thence along the East line of said Section, North 00 degrees 18′ 46″ West, 1321.51 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North 88 degrees 58′ 03″ West, 157.74 feet; thence North 08 degrees 47′ 26″ West, 527.19 feet; thence South 89 degrees 22′ 53″ East, 235.46 feet to the East line of said Section Ten (10); thence along said line South 00 degrees 18′ 46″ East, 521.30 feet to the Point of Beginning.

to satisfy said debt and costs.
