The Gallatin Preshool took a trip to Breadeaux Pisa to wrap up their unit on “Our Community.”
The youngsters talked with owner Danny Dixon about how community and family were involved in his work. Other activities included a “Big Equipment Night” during which family members of Mrs. Burns’ Preschool and community workers and volunteers brought in equipment to share with the students. Among those participating were the Daviess County Ambulance, the Missouri Highway Patrol, the Gallatin Fire Department, the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department, Farmers Electric cooperative, Terry Implement, Clint Bird, Matt Switlik, Will Salmon, J.R.
