NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE

WHEREAS, CHARLES R. MISKE and SUSAN L. MISKE, husband and wife, by their Deed of Trust dated December 21st, 1991, and recorded in the Recorder’s Office of Daviess County, Missouri, in Book 153 at Page 53, conveyed to the Daviess County Sheriff, Trustee, the following described property situated in the County of Daviess, State of Missouri, to-wit:

All of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, in Block 27, of the Original Town of Jameson, Missouri. All in Daviess County, Missouri.

Which conveyances was made to said Sheriff, In Trust, to secure the payment of one Promissory Note in said Deed of Trust described;

WHEREAS, default was made and still continues in the payment of said notes;

WHEREAS, the above described property was placed in trust to secure the payment of the said promissory notes; and

WHEREAS, default was made and still continues in the payment of said notes;

WHEREAS, the above described property was placed in trust to secure the payment of the Said Promissory Note; and

WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of said Deed of Trust notes and the legal holder thereof has elected to declare the entire indebtedness, secured by said Deed of Trust, due and payable, and

NOW, THEREFORE, at the request of the legal holders of said notes, I, Sheriff of Daviess County, State of Missouri, acting as Trustee in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust, will sell the property above described at public vendue, to the highest bidder for cash, at the SOUTH front door of the Daviess County Courthouse in the City of Gallatin, Daviess County, Missouri on

NOVEMBER 2ND, 2001 AT 1:30 P.M.

For the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the cost of executing this Trust.
