Daniel Lynn, bridge supervisor, and James Lewis, foreman, met with the commission reporting needed repairs on equipment and that steel is to be delivered this week for the reconstruction of a bridge on CART Road 19 in Salem Township.

Bill Mastin, Jefferson Township, met with the commission regarding various road problems in that township.
Bills were audited and paid.
Jerry Frost, Frost Insurance Agency, met with the commission for information regarding the coverage needed for the pending real estate purchase.
Information concerning the recent addition of a weather transmitter tower in Trenton was received from SEMA. The frequency is 162.500 MHZ.
A scheduled meeting with the Livingston County Commission was canceled by Livingston County.
Darryl Wilkinson and Dan Lockridge, GIDA, and Lisa Vanderslice, Grand River title, met with the commission to execute the closing on the real estate located at 601 South Main, commonly known as the Lambert Building. The price of $172,000 was divided between three funds: the care center lease, health care reserve, and general funds.
Wayne Harris met with the commission with questions regarding the disposal of surplus equipment at the county barn. The commission checked with Daniel Lynn to confirm that the equipment was no longer needed. It will be offered for bid.
Dana Urton, Daviess County Health Department administrator, met with the commission regarding the terms of the lease proposed for a part of the building at 601 S. Main. David Holcomb moved to offer the Health Department a lease similar to the lease with the former Daviess County Nursing Home Board. Danny Heldenbrand seconded. Carried.
