The State of Missouri to: John Ochs, Respondent/Natural Father.
You are notified that an action has been commenced concerning a Petition for Guardianship and Conservatorship of Zackary Ryan Jones, minor in the Circuit Court, Probate Division of Daviess County, Missouri, the object and general nature of which is for guardianship and conservatorship of said minor child and which affects your interest as natural father.
The name of the Petitioner is Shirley Siever and she is represented by John L. Young, 609 Main St., Princeton, MO 64573 and the Petitioner is Cheryl Laminack and she is represented by Allan D. Seidel, 705 Main St., Trenton, MO 64683.
You are further notified that a hearing on the pending Petition shall occur 45 days after the first day of Publication on September 19th, 2001, unless you file an answer or otherwise appear and defend against this action within 45 days after the first day of this Publication on September 19th, 2001, Judgement by default will be entered against you on the pending Petition. Hearing on this Petition will be held on November 16, 2001 at 9:00 a.m., in the courtroom of said Circuit Court, Probate Division, in the courthouse in the City of Gallatin, Daviess County, Missouri.
