Civil cases filed: Kris D. Critten vs. Kimberly J. Critten, dissolution.

Bridget Christine Bernal was granted a dissolution of marriage from Gearld Dean Bernal on Sept. 12 by Judge Warren McElwain.

Judge McElwain granted a dissolution of marriage to Dawn Marie Kromeich from Jimmy Joe Kromeich on Sept. 10.

In State of Missouri vs. William Asher, the defendant plead guilty to DWI, failure to drive on the right half roadway, and no safety belt. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered. The case was heard by Judge Barbara Lame on Sept. 14.

Law Day was held Sept. 12 with Judge Warren McElwain presiding. He heard the following cases:

In State vs. William E. Melcher, the defendant entered a plea of guilty to the Class C felony of abuse of a child. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered.

Charles W. Morrow plead guilty to the Class D felony of driving while revoked, and a pre- sentence investigation was ordered.

In State of Missouri vs. Brian J. Roup, he plead guilty to probation violations. His suspended imposition and probation were revoked, and he was sentenced to 5 years in the Department of Corrections for the Class D felony of non-support. The execution of sentence was suspended, and Roup was placed back on probation and will serve 60 days shock time.

In State vs. Jennifer R. Eaton, the defendant admitted probation violations. Her probation was revoked and she was ordered to pay a fine of $250 on each of 2 counts of 2nd degree Class B misdemeanor property damage, and costs.

A warrant was issued for David E. Skouby for failure to appear in court for alleged probation violations. Bond was set at $10,000 cash.

Michael Brent Williams failed to appear on alleged probation violations. A warrant was issued and bond set at $10,000 cash.
