Two vehicle accident at Jameson

A vehicle accident was reported at about 3:40 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 25, on Hwy. 13 two-in Daviess County, according to a report by the Missouri Highway Patrol.

Mark Brunson, 42, of Gallatin, was northbound on Hwy. 13 at Jameson and attempted a left turn on 4th St. A car driven by Angela Wilson, 41, Kansas City, was southbound and side swiped Mr. Brunson’s car and then left the scene. She was later stopped in Gallatin.

A passenger in Mr. Brunson’s car, his wife, Hope Brunson, 36, Gallatin, received minor injuries and was taken to Harrison County Hospital.

Mr. Brunson’s 1989 Ford received moderate damage and was towed by Bridgeman’s of Altamont. Angela Wilson’s 1986 Dodge received minor damage and was driven from the scene.
