A 20-year-old Evans, Colo., man was arrested Aug. 26 for no valid license, speeding, and passing in an intersection, Class A misdemeanors. He posted $100 bond.

Sherry Pauley, 40, of Milan was arrested Aug. 26 for the Class D felonies of fraudulently attempting to obtain Vicodin and Xanex by altering the prescription. She was arrested in Wyandotte County and transferred to Ray County Security Housing.
Douglas Sybert, 39, Stewartsville, was arrested Aug. 21 for the Class D felony of driving while revoked. Bond was set at $2,500. He is being held in Buchanan County on their charges and will transfer to Ray County Security Housing upon their release.
Jason Adkison, 22, of Riverside was arrested Aug. 21 for a Daviess County probation violation on the charge of DWI. He was arrested in Platte County and transferred to Ray County Security Housing.
Robert Hall, 32, of Forsythe was arrested Aug. 24 on a Daviess County probation warrant for failure to report and failure to maintain contact with a probation officer. He is being held in Ray County Security Housing.
Brandon Foose, 18, of Cameron was arrested Aug. 22 for the Class C felony of burglary 2nd degree, Class C felony stealing, and Class D felony property damage. Bond was set at $35,000. This arrest is in connection with the incidents reported July 25 in this newspaper when a 4-wheeler was stolen and damaged at Winston. Also held in connection with this case is Nicholas McCleary, who was arrested July 21.
The sheriff’s office received 43 calls in the period from Aug. 21- 28.
