Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Pattonsburg, MO, will hold a public hearing on Thursday evening, September 13, 2001, beginning at 7:15 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing is to amend the current Zoning Language of R-1, Article V to allow mobile homes in the R-1 district, second the City plans to change the R-2 district language by removing the conditional-use option from the R-2 Article VI section which permits mobile homes (defined in the Zoning Handbook section) and third, to remove the Conditional-use option which permits Mobile Home Parks in the R-2 Single Family dwelling portion of the City. The Zoning Matrix will also be changed to reflect the changes in the use of the R-1 and R-2 districts.

Persons with comments on the proposed amendments are invited to submit oral or written testimony at the hearing or to send their testimony to the Pattonsburg City Hall, 305 N. 2nd St., Pattonsburg, MO, 64670, by the date of the public hearing.
