Graveside services and burial for Phillip Archer were held Saturday at Lathrop Cemetery. Arrangements were by Bram Funeral Home of Gallatin.
Phillip Arnold Archer, 42, Winston, formerly of Gallatin, died Wednesday, Aug. 15, from injuries sustained in a two-vehicle accident near Altamont.
Born in Jamesport, Mr. Archer spent most of his life in Gallatin before moving to Winston two weeks ago. He attended Gallatin schools.
Mr. Archer was a self-employed lawn care operator.
He attended the Crossroads Assembly of God Church in Cameron.
On Aug. 19, 1988, he married Layle Mynatt in Gallatin. She survives of the home.
Mr. Archer was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin Dwight and Nellie Katherine (Murray) Archer.
Other survivors include four brothers, Franklin of Gallatin, Mike of Kearney, Leonard of Cameron, Marvin of Trenton; and two sisters, Kathy Hull of Granola, Kan., and Roxy Fry of Cameron.
