Hixson, Both Single People dated December 3, 1999 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Daviess County, Missouri in Book 180, Page 83 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Wednesday, September 5, 2001 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 4:45:00 PM), at the South Front Door of the Court House, City of Gallatin, County of Daviess, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Daviess County, State of Missouri, to wit:
ALL THAT PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION SIX (6), TOWNSHIP FIFTY-EIGHT (58), OF RANGE TWENTY-SEVEN (27), BOUNDED BY A LINE DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER; THENCE SOUTH 10 RODS; THENCE WEST 80 RODS; THENCE NORTH 10 RODS; THENCE EAST 80 RODS TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING; ALL SUBJECT TO EXISTING PUBLIC ROADS AND HIGHWAYS AND EASEMENT OF RECORD, IF ANY, ALL IN DAVIESS COUNTY, MISSOURI.
