Just before lunch a short time was given in memory of Ernest Arthur Gardner who passed away June 10, 2001, at age 100. Born March 29, 1901, he had lived in Portland, Ore., for most of his life. He was buried in Ocean View Cemetery in Warrenton, Ore.
