Law Day was held July 18 with Judge Warren McElwain presiding.
In Aloaha Leasing vs. Dale Hazzard and Roy Hazzard for breach of contract, the defendants were ordered to pay Aloaha $25,464.26 on Count 1, $10,296 on Count 2, and $14,681.30 on Count 3. The defendants were also ordered to pay Aloaha Leasing for attorney fees of $2,019.90.
Floyd Lee Curtis was granted a dissolution of marriage from Randi Lee Curtis.
Harold E. Nelson had plead guilty April 10 to possession of methamphetamine, a Class C felony. He was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department Of Corrections, execution of sentence suspended, placed on probation for 5 years, and will serve 90 days shock time in the county jail.
Terry L. Pullen plead guilty to two counts of non-support, Class D felonies. He was granted an imposition of sentence with 5 years probation.
