The City of Pattonsburg is now taking bids on the following:
ITEM #1. PARK BATHROOM FACILITY
• Exterior Walls — 6″x96″ brick form poured concrete walls on 12″x36″ trench frost footing – concrete mix 5½ sack mix.
• Interior Walls — 6″x96″ smooth form poured concrete walls on 16″x8″ footing 5½ sack mix.
• Floor — 4″ thick concrete with ½” rebar – 2′ o.c. – 6 sack mix
• Exterior Doors — 16 gauge galvanized doors on galvanized welded frames poured into exterior concrete walls. Doors to have heavy duty hinges and to be a keyed and throwed dead bolt with Norton closures.
• Framing — 2×6 ceiling joist with 2×6 rafters enclosed by 29 gauge painted steel exterior metal with vented ridge cap. Must be fastened by neopreme screws. Include 12″ overhang on gables, 24″ overhang on eves.
• Ceiling — 5/8″ fire rock, painted finish with R38 cellulose over.
• Plumbing — 2 cast iron 20″x18″ lavatories with vandal proof carriers and metered hot and cold water faucets. 2 stools elongated Newark bowl vandal proof with thru the wall push button flush valve kits. 1 — on demand electric 6 gallon water heater. All water lines to be ½” copper with schedule 40 pvc/dwv drains.
• Interior and Exterior Wall Finishing — to be provided by the City of Pattonsburg.
ITEM #2. CONCESSION/RESTROOM FACILITY
• Exterior Walls — against excavated earthen bank to be 8″ by 96″ poured concrete walls on a 16″x8″ footing. Exterior walls to be 6″x96″ brick form poured concrete walls on a 12″x36″ trench frost footing. Wing walls to be 8″x96″ brick formed wall to follow the contour of the excavation. All walls to be 5½ sack mix.
• Interior Walls — 6″x96″ smooth form poured concrete walls on 16″x8″ footing — 5½ sack mix.
• Floor — 4″ thick concrete with ½” rebar – 2′ o.c. — 6 sack mix. Exterior apron to include from corners of wing wall to 10′ out from serving window and 4″ thick concrete and ½” rebar — 6 sack mix.
• Exterior Doors — 16 gauge galvanized door on galvanized welded frames poured into exterior concrete walls. Doors to have heavy duty hinges and to be keyed and throwed dead bolt with Norton closures.
• Framing — 2×10 floor joists with 3/4 tng yellow pine sturdi-floor screwed and glued down. Upper floor to be 8′ ceilings with 2×4 exterior walls and 2×4 interior partitions. Engineered trusses with 18′ span 6/12 pitch 2′ o.c. and 2′ overhang over the top floor. Enclosed by 29 gauge painted steel exterior metal with vented ridge cap. Must be fastened by neopreme screws. Include 12″ overhang on gables and 24″ overhang on eves. 5/8″ fire rock ceiling with ½” regular drywall walls. Smooth wall finish – sprayed textured ceilings. Exterior walls to have R13 craft faced fiberglass insulation. Ceilings to have R38 cellulose. Exterior exit door of second level to be 16 gauge galvanized door on galvanized welded frame installed.
• 3 Windows — 60″x60″ twin casement aluminum clad wood units.
• Serving counter window — 8′ wide x 4′ tall, 16 gauge galvanized frame, poured in wall with pull down stainless steel rolling shutter and 14″ stainless steel serving counter.
• Service counter roof — 2×10 rafters 4′ o.c. with 2×12 exterior header over 3 – 6×6 cca posts loaded down onto concrete apron. 29 gauge metal roof, soffit, and 2′ overhang soffit. Ends of service window overhang to be closed in to 8′ ceiling height with 29 gauge painted exterior metal both sides.
• Plumbing — 4 cast iron 20″x18″ lavatories with vandal proof carriers and metered hot and cold faucets. 3 stools elongated Newark bowl vandal proof with thru the wall push button flush valve kit. 1 — Urinal with thru the wall vandal proof flush valve kit. 1 — 40 gallon electric water heater. 2 — exterior water fountains. 1 — 33″ x 22″ x 8″ deep deluxe stainless steel kitchen sink with Delta single lever chrome faucet and ½ hp garbage disposal. All water lines to be ½” copper with schedule 40 pvc/dwv drains.
• Bathroom stalls — install with 36″ doors.
• Cabinets — Oak cabinets with 36″ lower and 30″ uppers – back wall and end wall of concession area. Work counter under serving window to be open underneath for storage purposes. All counters to be Formica with oak edge.
• Electric — 200 amp service with 220 supply for water heater and electric push-in range. All 110 amp circuits as required. Provide 4 bulb x 4′ enclosed flourescent ceiling fixtures throughout.
• Interior & Exterior Wall Finishing — to be provide by the City of Pattonsburg.
• Appliances — GE 30″ push-in electric range with coil burners cook top – builder’s grade. GE 36″ side by side 22 cubic feet refrigerator — builder’s grade. 16″ GE Commercial under counter ice-maker – builder’s grade. 30″ carbon filter range hood with light.
THE COMPLETE BID PACKAGE CAN BE PICKED UP AT CITY HALL – ALL CONSTRUCTION MUST MEET THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
ALL SEALED BIDS MUST BE RETURNED TO CITY HALL BY JULY 5TH AT 4 P.M.
