Daniel Lynn, bridge supervisor, and James Lewis, foreman, met with the commission reporting construction projects. During the wet season, extra concrete decks will be poured.
Ed Froman Jr. met with the commission requesting repairs be made to CART road #387 in Washington Township. The road was legally closed in December 1987, therefore, no repairs can be made with public funds.
Don Hoyle, Grand River Township trustee, requested that James Lewis be appointed to that township board. David Holcomb moved that Mr. Lewis be appointed to fill the vacancy on that board. Danny Heldenbrand seconded. All commissioners voted in approval of the appointment.
A progress report was received on bridge 14800101 in Harrison Township. The bridge is 90% complete.
Rights-of-way certificates were received on BRO project (20) and a report on BRO (19) calculating only one working day this month.
Danny Heldenbrand moved to .7 mile to the CART program in Jefferson Township at the following location: beginning at a point at the intersection of highways 6 and Y; then northerly approximately .7 mile. David Holcomb seconded. All commissioners voted in favor of the addition.
