April Disbursements

The total amount collected by the Associate Circuit Court in fines and court costs during April 2001 was $23,696.84. Of that amount, $14,140 in fines was disbursed to Daviess County school districts, apportioned on the basis of enrollment.

Court costs disbursed to Daviess County included $555 in clerk fees, $2,027.50 in county fees, $160 to the Crime Victims Compensation Fund, $345 incarceration costs, $320 to the Law Enforcement Training Fund, $80 to the Prosecuting Attorney Training Fund, $209.50 in sheriff’s fees and mileage, $572.50 bond forfeitures, $10.52 postage, $60.50 U.A. fees, and $5.00 fax reimbursement.

Other disbursements include a total of $4,286 to the Department of Revenue for clerk fees, crime victims compensation, Independent Living Center fund, court automation fund, and prosecuting attorney training fund; $160 to the Department of Public Safety for Peace officers Standards and Training Commission Fund; $533 to the Sheriffs’ Retirement Fund; $120 to the Law Library Fund; and $112.32 for all other disbursements.
