Gallatin Area Revitalization Alliance has scheduled the second annual clean-up day beginning at 8 a.m. on Saturday, May 5. Volunteers will meet at the Dockery Park clubhouse for donuts and coffee before work begins.

Trash bags and gloves will be provided. Julie Critten and Sheryl Warren will again head this project. All inquiries should be directed to them. The alliance asks that you contact your club or organization to have a group present to help. Donations of coffee and donuts are welcome.

Shonna Morrison and Daren Adkins met with a representative of the University of Missouri Extension recently, concerning the development of a Farmer’s Market in Gallatin. A meeting to gauge interest will be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 2, at the Dockery Park clubhouse.

The next meeting for the Area Revitalization Alliance will be held at 6 p.m. on May 16, in the Courthouse, first floor voting room.
