Andrea Schweizer and Matthew Fischer are engaged to be married. She is the daughter of Mark and Roxanne Schweizer of Amazonia. He is the son of Don and Marilyn Fischer of Winston. The future bride is a 1997 graduate of Savannah High School. She will graduate in May from the
University of Missouri-Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in animal science and has accepted a position with Proctor and Gamble. The future groom is a 1993 graduate of Winston High School
and a 1997 graduate of Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in animal science. He is employed at TransOva Genetics in Chillicothe. Their wedding is to be at 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 16, 2001, at the First Christian Church in Savannah. A reception will follow at the Jesse James Conference Center in St. Joseph. Friends and relatives are invited.
