Funeral services for Glenn Miller were held Friday at the Roberson Funeral Home in Gilman City. Burial was in Masonic Cemetery, Gilman City. Memorial contributions may be made to Gilman City United Methodist Church and/or Gilman City Masonic Cemetery Association.

Glenn L. Miller, 86, Trenton, formerly of rural Gilman City, died Wednesday, March 14, 2001, at an area health care center.

Mr. Miller was born in Harrison County.

He was a farmer in the Gilman City area most of his life.

On Feb. 22, 1936, he married Virginia Pauline (Ginger) Dills. She died on May 3, 1995.

He was also preceded in death by one sister, Maureen Miller; one granddaughter, Nancy Payne; and three great-grandchildren.

Survivors include two daughters, Carol Jean, Trenton, and Margaret Hogan, Eagleville; one brother, Worth Miller, Bethany; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
