2000-2001 all-conference list.
In an unprecendented showing of respect from Grand River Conference
coaches, Gallatin landed all 10 male and female starters on the 2000-2001 all-conference list selected Saturday. The Bulldog windfall of awards includes 2 first team honors, one second team honor and 7 honorable mention awards.
Rochelle Davitt and Robert Heldenbrand each received unanimous choice, first team honors for the Bulldogs. Both led their respective teams in scoring and rebounding. Davitt averaged 15.8 points per game in conference play. Heldenbrand averaged 11.5 points per game in league action.
Roxi Davitt was a second team pick on the girls slate. She averaged nearly 15 points in her final 3 league games to lift her league scoring average to 10.3. GHS representatives on the honorable mention squads included: Kayli Burrell (7.5 ppg), Kamille Burrell (8.1 ppg), Erin Sweatman (5.5 ppg), Joey Evans (8.8 ppg), Brice Garnett (7.3 ppg), Nathan Henderson (8 ppg) and Ben Hubbard (7.1 ppg).
