Ron Wolf, Director of Grand River Technical School in Chillicothe, has announced that GRTS awarded the following scholarships for the 2000-2001 school year totaling $33,896. Local students receiving the post secondary scholarships were: Shanna Gibson, Gallatin, child care
services, $500 for Missouri New Traditions, and $500 for GRTS Director’s Scholarship; Josh Prescott, Jamesport, collision tech, $500 for Robert and Helen Smith Memorial Scholarship.
