The State of Missouri to defendant, Lilburn R. Smith, and such unknown person, persons, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, donees, alienees, legatees, administrators, executors, guardians, mortgagees, trustees, and legal representatives and all other persons, corporations, or successors claiming by, through or under them:

You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court for the County of Daviess, Missouri, the object and general nature of which is to quiet title, and which affects the following property:

A tract of land described as: Beginning at a point being the Southeast corner of Lot Four (4) in Block Eleven (11) of Callison’s Addition to the City of Jamesport; thence East 105 ½ feet; thence North 211 ½ feet; thence West 105 ½ feet; thence South to the point of beginning.

The names of all the parties to said suit are stated above in the caption hereof and the name and address of the attorney for plaintiff is Michael D. Arnold, 109 East Jackson, Gallatin, MO 64640.

You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition within 45 days after the 31st day of January, 2001, judgement by default will be rendered against you.
