Funeral services for Pamela Lewis, a former resident of Gallatin, will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 25, 2001, at the First Baptist Church in Sedalia with arrangements by McLaughlin Funeral Chapel, Sedalia. Burial will be at Highland Sacred Gardens. The family suggests contributions to Sedalia School District Foundation, Inc., Pamela Lewis Memorial Fund.

Pamela L. Lewis, 43, Sedalia, died Sunday, Jan. 21, 2001, at St. Joseph Health Care, Kansas City.

Mrs. Lewis was born in Kansas City the daughter of Robert L. and the late Clara (Moore)Bandelier. She was raised in Gallatin where she graduated from high school. She received her Masters Degree from Cental Missouri State University.

Mrs. Lewis taught seventh and eighth grades at the Sedalia Middle School. She was the chapter advisor for the Family, Career and Community Leaders of American and a member of the Board of Directors and Secretary of Missouri Educators of Family and Consumer Sciences. She taught Red Cross swimming classes. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.

In 1987, she married Rick Lewis. He survives of Sedalia.

Other survivors include one son, Cory Lewis, of the home; her father, Robert L. Bandelier, Gallatin; four sisters, Sharlene Bandelier Vaughn, Belton, Linda Ellison, Kansas City, Nancy Ellen Duffy, Kirksville, and Bonnie Bandelier, Gallatin; and one stepsister, Mary Tess Lage, Macomb, Ill.
