Following are the approved minutes of Jan. 2, 2001. All members were present.
Daniel Lynn, bridge supervisor, and James Lewis, foreman, met with the commission reporting routine matters.
Kevin Heldenbrand, sheriff, filed certified copies of the appointments of Ben Becerra, Jerry Baldwin and Teresa Eaton as deputies.
Kevin Heldenbrand and Jim Wycoff, Gallatin Police Chief, met with the commission discussing cooperative efforts.
The commission added $7,040 in valuations to the personal delinquent tax list.
Much of the day was spent assessing the road and bridge, and courthouse needs for the 2001 budgets.
