A marriage license was issued to Loren N. Adkins of Clive, Iowa, and Kelli M. McNett of Blue Springs, Mo.
Criminal cases filed: State of Missouri vs. Sean Patterson, Class C felony burglary, 2nd degree, and Class C felony stealing; State of Missouri vs. Harold E. Nelson, Class C felony, possession of controlled substance.
Civil Cases filed: Vicki S. Phillips vs. Charles David Phillips, dissolution of marriage.
Dissolutions of marriage were granted to Kathleen Baker from Stanley Baker, and to Deborah Pierce from James Pierce by Judge Daren Adkins on Dec. 26. Dissolutions were granted to Kenneth Virtue from Kendra Virtue, and to Joyce Kimbrough from Norman Kimbrough by Judge Adkins on Dec. 19.

In State vs. Marvin Archer, the defendant failed to appear. Bond was forfeited, new bail set at $5,000, and a warrant issued.
In State vs. April Rhoades, she had previously plead guilty to unlawful use of a weapon, Class D felony. After the Pre-Sentence Investigation, she was placed on probation without imposition of sentence for 5 years.
In State vs. Mark Alan Makovec, he had plead guilty to the Class D felony of non-support in a plea agreement. He was sentenced to 3 years in the Department of Corrections, execution of sentence suspended, and placed on probation for 5 years.
In State vs. Jay A. Parker, the defendant failed to appear for court. Bond was revoked, and new bail set at $3500.
In State vs. David Lee Bouzek, he previously plead guilty to the Class D felony of endangering the welfare of a child, 1st degree. After the pre-sentence investigation was filed, he was sentenced to 3 years in the Department of Corrections, execution of sentence suspended, and placed on 5 years probation.
In State vs. Jerry W. Lee, the defendant failed to appear in court. Bail was set at $31,000, and a warrant issued.
