November Disbursement Record

The total amount collected by the Associate Circuit Court in fines and court costs during November 2000 was $22,325.72. Of that amount, $11,935 in fines was disbursed to Daviess County school districts, apportioned on the basis of enrollment.

Court costs disbursed to Daviess County included $528.40 clerk fees, $2,135.50 county fees, $157 crime victims compensation, $1,115 incarceration costs, $322 law enforcement training fund, $78.50 prosecuting attorney training fund, $348 sheriff’s fees and mileage, 562.50 bond forfeitures, $13.18 postage, and $90 reimbursement for UA tests.

Other disbursements include a total of $4,147.60 to the Department of Revenue for clerk fees, crime victims compensation, Independent Living Center Fund, Court Automation Fund, and Prosecuting Attorney Training Fund; $156 to the Department of Public Safety for Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission Fund; $501 to the Sheriffs’ Retirement Fund; $70 to the Law Library Fund; and $166.04 for all other disbursements.
