A two-vehicle accident on Saturday resulted in injuries to two people. Jarrod J. Boehm, 20, of Gallatin suffered minor injuries and Mandi N. Bolin, 17, of Weatherby, suffered moderate injuries. Both were taken to Cameron Community Hospital for treatment.

The accident occurred at 3:08 p.m. on Nov. 18 on the Hwy. 69 overpass, two miles west of Winston. Boehm, driving a 1986 Honda, exited northbound I-35 onto Hwy. 69 and attempted to turn right. He turned into the westbound lane of traffic and struck a 1991 Kenworth tractor trailer driven by Warren D. Brooks, 57, of Princeton. Both vehicles came to rest in the roadway.

Boehm and Brooks were listed as wearing seatbelts, while Ms. Bolin was not. The accident was investigated by Highway Patrol Sgt. Thompson.
