Doris Ray and Mary Jane (Hulet) Sweat of McFall will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary from 2-4 p.m. on Nov. 25, 2000, at McFall Baptist Church.
Doris Ray and Mary Jane (Hulet) Sweat of McFall will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary from 2-4 p.m. on Nov. 25, 2000, at McFall Baptist Church. Friends and relatives are invited. The couple were married on Dec. 3, 1950, at Bolckow by the Rev. Clyde Hulet, brother of the bride. Mr. Sweat is a World War Two veteran. He is retired from Pattonsburg Mfg. and Brown Lumber Co. Mrs. Sweat is employed with Wal-Mart in Bethany. They have lived on a farm in McFall most of their lives. The couple’s children are Janie Walker, St. Joseph, Gary Sweat, Hendersonville, Tenn., and Eric Sweat, McFall. They have six grandchildren; two great- grandchildren; and one stepgreat-grandchild.
