Gallatin sixth grade makes annual trek to Bethel Cemetery

Several parents, grandparents and older siblings helped out with activities, which included storytelling, creative writhing scavenger hunt, cleanup, and math.
The Gallatin sixth grade, under the direction of instructors Brenda Davitt and Denise Ray, made the annual field trip to Bethel Cemetery east of Gallatin on the morning of Nov. 3. Several parents, grandparents and older siblings helped out with activities, which included storytelling, creative writhing scavenger hunt, cleanup, and math. After finishing off the hot dogs(left over from the elementary academic meet hot dog supper), the students made it back to school for lunch! [Submitted photo]
