In order to insure that the people of the 12th Senatorial District have a Senator for this year’s legislative session, Senator Sam Graves (R-Tarkio) resigned his position at 4 p.m. on Nov. 13.
Sam Graves has served in the Missouri Senate since 1994. He was first elected to office in 1992 as a State Representative. He recently defeated Democrat Steve Danner to replace Congresswoman Pat Danner in Missouri’s 6th Congressional seat.
